Two addresses
| Address | Use it for | What to include |
|---|---|---|
| editorial@floath.com | Corrections, disputed ratings, re-review requests, research and press enquiries. | The page, the specific claim or figure, and a link to the source that contradicts it. |
| hello@floath.com | Everything else — general questions, partnership and commercial enquiries, and anything you are not sure how to categorise. | Enough context to answer without a second exchange. |
Privacy, data and cookie requests can go to either address and will be routed on. There is no telephone number and no postal address published for Floath, because neither is staffed.
What happens to your message
The form on this page does not send anything anywhere. It validates what you have typed, then opens a pre-addressed draft in your own email client for you to review and send yourself. Nothing you type is stored by this site, transmitted to a server or logged, and there is no contact database behind it — the message exists only in your outbox and in the inbox it reaches.
If the button does nothing, your browser or device has no mail client configured. Write to the address directly instead; there is no other step you are missing.
What we act on fastest
- A figure that is wrong — a withdrawal time, a wagering multiplier, a minimum deposit, a payment method that is no longer offered in a market. These jump the queue, because they are the ones that cost a reader money.
- A rating you think is unsupported. The challenge route, and the evidence it needs, is set out in full on the methodology page.
- A broken or misdirected link, particularly one that sends you somewhere other than the operator named on the button.
- Anything on a trust or legal page that has gone out of date. Each of those pages names one maintainer, and the message goes to them.
We aim to acknowledge within five working days. A correction that turns on one checkable figure is usually resolved inside ten. Where a change is made, the record is re-stamped and the page footer shows the new date, so you can confirm from the outside that something happened.
For operators
- Re-review requests are welcome and are handled through editorial@floath.com like any other correction.
- Send evidence that can be re-checked later: a link to your own terms, cashier or licensing page, or an entry on the regulator's public register. Screenshots and PDFs without a public URL cannot change a field.
- No operator sees, edits or approves review copy before publication, and a score is not changed on request without a change to the field underneath it.
- A commercial conversation and an editorial one are separate, and neither one moves the other. How that separation is enforced is set out on the affiliate disclosure page.
